Shipping

We ship orders within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Track your order using the tracking number sent to your email once your package ships.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Candles may be returned within 5 days of delivery for half of a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. For damaged items, please reach out immediately with photos and we'll make it right.
